All of our mattresses are compressed, rolled, vacuum packed, boxed, and delivered to our customers door-to-door. We have invested heavily in the most advanced automated moving systems. Our compressed and high-quality mattresses allow our customers to easily move and install mattresses whilst reducing the risk of damage during transportation. The roll packing will not affect the quality of the mattress. Customers can easily take the mattress out of the box and unwrap the plastic wrap to allow air to enter the mattress.
Installing the Sleep Happy mattress is easy:
- Bring the mattress to the room where you would like to install it.
- Place the box flat on the floor and gently take the rolled up mattress out of the box 3.Carefully cut the outer plastic layer, ensuring that the scissors do not touch the mattress
- On your bed or the base of your mattress, slowly roll out the mattress and cut off the second layer of plastic. Be sure to keep this plastic in case you intend to return the item.
Our Sleep Happy mattress will be ready for you to use in 5 minutes. However, it can take up to 24 hours to fully expand. Please see the additional video below for detailed instructions on how to unpack your mattress.
If you take good care of your mattresses, they can last 10 years or longer. We recommend that you visit our website periodically to have a look at our new mattresses that are always using the latest technology.
Yes, you can!
We have 3 showrooms located in Bangkok. This will allow you to get a real feel of all our high-quality mattresses and select the mattress that suits you best. We have showrooms in Asoke, Crystal Design Center (CDC), and Samut Sakhon.
Please go to the appointment page where you can select a convenient date and time of your visit to one of our showrooms. On the contact us page, you will be able to view the detailed address of each showroom.
PLACING ORDERS
You can order products directly from our website with convenience. Just select the product you wish to purchase, click “Add to Cart,” then follow the payment procedure indicated. Once you have finalized your order, our luxury hotel quality mattresses will soon be delivered to your doorsteps!

Not a problem! We are happy to make a customized mattress to fit your size requirements. However, your order may take slightly longer as we need to inform the factory of your specific size requirements.
If you intend to specify the size of your mattress, please contact us directly instead of ordering online.
Once the payment is complete, you will receive an email with your order number. If you are unable to find your order confirmation email, check your junk email inbox or search for emails from the address [email protected]

SHIPPING / DELIVERY
We will deliver the products to you within 5-7 working days and will update you periodically throughout the delivery process until you receive the package.
We offer free delivery throughout Thailand for all orders over 1,990 baht. For orders less than that, shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery distance.

PAYMENT/FINANCING
We currently accept any credit or debit card from MasterCard, Visa or JCB. We also accept payments made via Alipay. However, we apologize that American Express cards are, unfortunately, not accepted.
Cash on Delivery and bank transfers to our official account (see details in the next section) are also accepted.

Yes, we offer 0% installment plans between 3 and 10 months (depending on the mattress) as well as the flexibility to pay the amount in full. Your Installment plan options can be selected during the check-out process.

CARE RECOMMENDATIONS
Mattress
- After initial use, grab the mattress from the bottom and shake it to help it loosen it to its original state.
- You may opt for a mattress protector to prevent liquids from spilling or leaking directly onto the mattress. You can also buy a mattress protector from us here at Sleep Happy
- In order to clean the mattress, a vacuum cleaner can be used periodically.
Mattress Protector
- Wash the mattress protector before use
- We recommend that you wash it at least once a week
- When ironing, the iron should not be overheated.
- Should be used within 6 months after washing.
- Wash through the washing machine and use a low cycle to preserve the fabric.
Towel
- We recommend that you wash the towel before use
- Ensure that you are washing the towel with other cloth of the same color
Mattress
- Do not iron or use an iron directly on the mattress.
- Do not attempt to jump,stand on or bend the mattress
- Ensure that the mattress does not get wet

- Avoid too high temperatures.
- Do not store the mattress protector in a damp place
