What should I do if my product has an issue and needs to be replaced?
If a manufacturing defect is found within the first 2 years from the delivery date,
the company will provide a one-time product replacement free of charge.
For cases beyond 2 years, replacement will incur a fee based on the
pro-rated warranty schedule (calculated from the period of use).

We provide free shipping nationwide, including remote areas and islands.
What services are available in Bangkok and surrounding areas?
Our full-service delivery includes:

• Free removal of your old mattress
What services are available for upcountry delivery?
We provide free delivery to your doorstep.
Installation and old mattress removal are not included.
How long does it take to receive my order?
• Product preparation: 1–2 business days
• Bangkok & Metropolitan area: 3–5 business days
• Upcountry delivery: 5–10 business days
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Delivery may take longer during holiday seasons.

How can I request a receipt or tax invoice?
We can issue documents for both individual and corporate customers.
All documents will be sent in electronic format via email.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges based on customer preference.
However, if you receive a product that is defective or not in proper condition due to a manufacturing issue, please notify us within 7 days, and we will gladly replace it with a new one.
