Sleep Happy Co., Ltd. provides a 10-year limited warranty for specified mattresses only. The warranty does not cover Gravity mattresses, trifold mattresses, semi-topper mattresses, or other bedding items.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the date of original purchase by the buyer. The warranty is valid only for the original mattress buyer and is non-transferable.

SleepHappy Co., Ltd. will not be liable or have any obligation under this limited warranty in the event of...

  • Damage caused by accidents, force majeure, natural disasters, or misuse, and intentional damage.
  • Defects resulting from improper product storage.
  • Modifications, changes, additions, etc., to the product.
  • Damage caused by user negligence and/or violation of the company's product usage instructions.
  • The buyer opened/changed and repaired the mattress without notifying the company.
  • The buyer opened the rolled-up mattress from its carton and vacuum-sealed bag after 15 days.
  • Stains and burn marks caused by customers.
  • The wire frame is bent due to moving or folding the mattress.
  • Mattresses can be damaged due to improper underlayment (e.g., allowing the mattress to become damp, or placing it on an uneven or slatted surface).
  • If a customer changes their mind and wants to change the model or size after opening the product and packaging (customers cannot return the product).
  • We do not guarantee individual satisfaction regarding comfort levels.
  • Back pain can stem from various causes. For some individuals, changing mattresses may require time to adjust, typically 2 weeks to a month or more, depending on the individual.

The warranty is proportional to the first 2 years after the delivery date. SleepHappy Co., Ltd. will assess whether the product needs to be replaced due to manufacturing defects. One replacement is allowed free of charge.

If more than 2 years have passed since the date of delivery, SleepHappy Co., Ltd. will consider replacing the product due to manufacturing defects at a cost. In the case of a product replacement, the buyer must pay for the period of product usage from the date of purchase. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs during the warranty period.

Calculation method

Divide the selling price by the number of years of warranty and multiply by the number of years the product has been used. For example, a mattress with a 10-year warranty and a retail price of 9,900 baht. If the warranty is exercised in the third year, the cost the buyer must pay for a replacement is 2,970 baht (9,900 divided by 10 multiplied by 3 = 2,970).

  • In the event of a product exchange, the buyer must pay for the duration of use of the original product.
  • SleepHappy reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage if the product is found to be unclean or damaged due to causes other than manufacturing defects or defects in materials. The company also reserves the right to cancel the warranty if it is found that the damage to the product is caused by factors outside of normal use, unrelated to the manufacturing process, or defects in components.

**Customers are responsible for paying shipping/materials costs if the item is not covered under warranty.** Note: If the mattress is unavailable from the company during the replacement period, the company will provide an equivalent or similar mattress as a replacement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care or handling, excessive heat, moisture, exceeding specified weight limits, or other improper mattress maintenance. The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Natural disasters or accidents, such as floods or fires.
  • There is a chip or indentation (less than 2.5 cm or less than 1 inch).
  • Mattress damage involves distortion caused by improper folding or moving of the bedding set.
  • All types of bedding products.
  • Damage caused by violence.
  • Damage from leaving a mattress outdoors for extended periods.

SleepHappy Co., Ltd. reserves the right to refuse warranty coverage if the product is found to be unclean or if the product is damaged for reasons other than manufacturing defects.

In the event that a mattress needs to be transported from a customer due to a manufacturing defect within the first 2-year period, Sleep Happy Co., Ltd. will be responsible for the transportation costs.
