Terms and Conditions: Same Day Delivery Service

  1. Purchase SleepHappy products with no minimum order before 14:30. If the customers ordered after the specified time, the company will deliver on the same working day.
  2. Additional payment of 700 Baht for express delivery service. If the customers purchase with cash on delivery, the customer should pay the same day delivery fee first.
  3. Products will be delivered to your home within the same working day.

*Available only in Bangkok and vicinity (No delivery on Sundays and public holidays)
**For orders placed on public holidays with same day delivery service, the products will be received on the next working date.
**For orders placed on Sundays with same day delivery service, the products will be received on Monday.

  • Transportation service does not include value-added tax.
  • Conditions are subject to the company's policies.
  • In the event that a customer refuses to accept the products or delivery is unsuccessful and the products are returned to the company, a refund for the same day delivery service fee cannot be requested. The products will be resend within 14 days.
  • If the company is unable to deliver the product as scheduled, customers can contact staff to request a refund. The company will refund customers within the company's accounting cycle, which is the 10th and the 25th of every month.

  3. Products will be delivered to your home within the next working day.

**For orders placed on Saturdays with express delivery service, the products will be received on Mondays.
**For orders placed on Sundays with express delivery service, the products will be received on Tuesdays.
