Cancellation Policy

Sleep Happy recommends that customers cancel orders by notifying an admin via chat within 24 hours of placing the order.

If a customer changes their mind and no longer wants the ordered product after 24 hours from the time of purchase, the system will not allow the cancellation of the order. The customer will not be able to cancel the order, and the store reserves the right to reject the cancellation request.
