Take a screen-recording video of your sleep results. It must clearly show all 4 items:

  • The date of the results
  • Total sleep hours

Submit your sleep results

Fill in your details and attach your sleep-result video link — one night per submission, collect throughout the campaign

Upload your video to Google Drive or YouTube (unlisted), set link access to "anyone with the link", then paste the link here. The video must show the date, sleep hours, REM/Deep Sleep, and bedtime–wake time.

One night can be submitted once · results are counted from the video only

  • Results are counted from the information shown in the Video Screen Record only
  • Sleep hours must occur within the campaign period
  • One night can be submitted only once
  • The same video cannot be re-submitted
  • Participants can accumulate sleep results throughout the campaign period
