1. Customers in Bangkok and surrounding areas.
1.1 For mattresses and bedding products, delivery will be within 3 days. The delivery team will call to schedule the delivery one day in advance.
1.2 For bedding products only, delivery will take 3-4 days via private courier. The courier will call the customer on the day of delivery.
2. Customers in provincial areas.
2.1 For mattresses and bedding, delivery will take 3-7 days depending on the distance. Delivery is via private courier, and the courier will call the customer on the day of delivery.
3. For same-day or next-day delivery service, available only for customers in Bangkok and surrounding areas, orders must be placed before 2:30 PM.
3.1 Same-day delivery service fee: 700 baht. Customers will receive their goods in the evening of the day of ordering.
3.2 Next day delivery fee: 300 baht. Customers will receive their goods the following day.
3.3 Customers in Bangkok and surrounding areas who require mattress installation and disposal should inform the admin via chat to request this service before delivery.
3.4 For customers outside of Bangkok, the company will not provide installation services or dispose of old mattresses.
4. The item that needs to be manufactured per order is the bed base, which takes 5 days to produce, excluding shipping time.
5. Custom-sized mattresses require 14 days for production, excluding shipping days and any additional shipping charges.
Product Warranty
Sleep Happy Co., Ltd. provides a limited 10-year warranty on the mattresses listed below. The warranty does not cover 3-fold mattresses, semi-toppers, or other bedding.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the date of original purchase to the purchaser. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the mattress and is non-transferable.
Sleep Happy Company Limited shall not be liable or have any obligation under this Limited Warranty in the event of:
- Damage caused by accident, force majeure, natural disasters, or misuse and intentional damage.
- Defects resulting from improper product storage
- Editing, changing, adding, etc. to the product
- Damages resulting from the user's negligence and/or violation of the company's product usage instructions.
- The buyer has opened/exchanged and repaired the mattress without notifying the company.
- The buyer unpacked the mattress from the box and vacuum bag after 15 days.
- Stains and burn marks caused by customers
- The wire edge is bent due to moving or folding the mattress.
- Mattress damage due to improper underlayment (e.g., leaving the mattress wet or damp)
- If the customer changes their mind and wishes to change the model or size after opening the product and packaging (the customer cannot return the product)
- We do not guarantee satisfaction regarding individual comfort.
For the first 2 years of the pro rata warranty, after the date of shipment, Sleep Happy Co., Ltd. will determine whether the product needs to be replaced due to a manufacturing defect, with one replacement free of charge.
If it is more than 2 years from the date of delivery, Sleep Happy Co., Ltd. will consider replacing the product due to manufacturing defects at a cost. In the case of wanting to replace the product, the buyer must pay for the product's usage period from the date of purchase. Please note that the buyer must pay for all shipping costs during the warranty period.
Mattress installation instructions
1. Unpack the mattress from the box.
2. The mattress is packed with two layers of plastic. Cut the first layer of plastic and unroll the mattress and lay it flat on the bed base or floor.
3. Peel off the second layer of plastic to allow the mattress to expand.
4. Shake the mattress at all 4 corners and wait for it to return to its original shape. This takes approximately 1-2 hours before it can be used normally. The vacuum mattress should be unpacked and installed within 1 month after receiving the product. The product should be checked for condition after installation. Photos or videos should be taken while unpacking the product to be used for product claims when errors are found.
