What if my product has a problem and I want to exchange it?
If a manufacturing defect is found within the first 2 years from delivery date the company will consider replacing the product one time at no charge
If it exceeds 2 years replacements will be charged according tousage duration (Pro-Rated Warranty) (Pro-Rated Warranty)
