การรับประกันนี้ครอบคลุมถึงความชำรุดบกพร่องของวัสดุและฝีมือการผลิตเป็นเวลา 10 ปีนับจากวันที่ซื้อครั้งแรกให้กับผู้ซื้อ การรับประกันมีผลเฉพาะกับผู้ซื้อที่นอนเดิมเท่านั้นและไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ได้
บริษัท สลีพแฮปปี้ จำกัด จะไม่รับผิดชอบหรือมีภาระผูกพันใด ๆ ภายใต้การรับประกันแบบจำกัด นี้ ในกรณีของ
- ความเสียหายที่เกิดจากอุบัติเหตุ เหตุสุดวิสัย ภัยธรรมชาติ หรือการใช้งานในทางที่ผิดและความเสียหายโดยเจตนา
- ข้อบกพร่องที่เกิดจากการจัดเก็บผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่เหมาะสม
- การแก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลง เพิ่มเติม ฯลฯ ต่อผลิตภัณฑ์
- ความเสียหายที่เกิดจากความประมาทเลินเล่อของผู้ใช้และหรือฝ่าฝืนคำแนะนำการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท
- ผู้ซื้อได้เปิด/เปลี่ยนและซ่อมแซมที่นอนโดยไม่แจ้งให้บริษัททราบ
- ผู้ซื้อได้เปิดที่นอนม้วนออกจากล่องและถุงสูญญากาศหลัง 15 วัน
- คราบสกปรกและรอยไหม้ที่เกิดจากลูกค้า
- เส้นขอบลวดงอเนื่องจากการเคลื่อนย้ายหรือพับที่นอน
- ที่นอนเสียหายเนื่องจากการรองพื้นไม่เหมาะสม (เช่น ปล่อยให้ที่นอนเปียกหรือชื้น)
- หากลูกค้าเปลี่ยนใจ ทำให้ต้องการเปลี่ยนรุ่นหรือขนาดหลังจากเปิดสินค้าและบรรจุภัณฑ์แล้ว (ลูกค้าไม่สามารถคืนสินค้าได้)
- ไม่รับประกันความพึงพอใจในเรื่องความนุ่มสบายของแต่ละบุคคล
การรับประกันตามสัดส่วน 2 ปีแรก หลังจากวันที่จัดส่ง บริษัท สลีพแฮปปี้ จำกัด จะพิจารณา ว่าผลิตภัณฑ์จำเป็นต้องได้รับการเปลี่ยนใหม่เนื่องจากข้อบกพร่องในการผลิตหรือไม่ โดยเปลี่ยนได้ 1 ครั้ง โดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่าย
หากนับจากวันที่จัดส่งเกิน 2 ปี บริษัท สลีพแฮปปี้ จำกัด จะพิจารณาเปลี่ยนสินค้าใหม่เนื่องจากข้อบกพร่องในการผลิตโดยคิดค่าใช้จ่าย กรณีต้องการเปลี่ยนสินค้าผู้ซื้อต้องชำระเงินตามระยะเวลาการใช้งานสินค้านับจากวันที่สั่งซื้อสินค้า โปรดทราบว่าผู้ซื้อจะต้องชำระค่าจัดส่งเอง ทั้งหมดในช่วงระยะเวลาการรับประกัน
